Return Policy

1.1 TCB Lounge strives for customer satisfaction and offers the possibility to return products in specific situations, as outlined below.

1.2 This return policy applies to all products purchased from TCB Lounge.

 

2.1 Returns are only possible if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging;

• The product has a defect that is not caused by the customer;

• The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

2.2 Products such as hair extensions, custom-made products, or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned after opening, unless a manufacturing defect is demonstrated.

 

3.1 Contact TCB Lounge within 14 days of receiving the product to submit a return request via [email/phone number].

3.2 For defective products, proof (e.g., photos or videos) must be provided to assess the claim.

3.3 After the return request is approved, TCB Lounge will send the product to the supplier for assessment or offer a replacement product.

3.4 The customer can choose between:

• Returning the product to the supplier for replacement or repair;

• A discount on the replacement product offered.

3.5 The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

4.1 After receiving and assessing the returned product, TCB Lounge can:

• Replace the product with a new item of equal value; or

• Offer a discount on a replacement product.

4.2 A full refund is not possible in cases of product misuse or damage caused by the customer.

 

5.1 Returns are not possible in the following cases:

• Custom-made products or items specially ordered for the customer;

• Opened or used products that are not defective;

• Products damaged by improper use or negligence by the customer.

 

6.1 TCB Lounge offers a warranty for products with manufacturing defects, according to legal regulations.

6.2 Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.
