Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and agreements of TCB Lounge, located in Rotterdam.
1.2 By making an appointment, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Changes to these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
2. Offers and Agreements
2.1 All offers, prices, and services are non-binding and subject to availability.
2.2 An agreement is made once TCB Lounge confirms your appointment, booking, or order in writing (e.g., via email or text message) or verbally.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 For orders, delivery is only possible after full payment has been made.
3.3 For appointments, a 40% deposit is required. The appointment is only confirmed after the deposit is received.
3.4 The remaining balance for appointments must be paid at the start of the treatment unless otherwise agreed.
3.5 If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice (for any reason) or fail to show up, 100% of the treatment costs will be charged.
3.6 Payments can be made by cash, card, or other accepted payment methods.
4. Appointments, No-Shows, and Cancellations
4.1 Appointments can be canceled or changed for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
4.2 If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, do not show up, or cannot be reached, 100% of the treatment costs will be charged.
4.3 If you fail to pay outstanding amounts, TCB Lounge reserves the right to add you to a blacklist, which means you will not be able to book future appointments until the payment is made.
5. Product Delivery
5.1 For orders, delivery is only possible after full payment is received.
5.2 TCB Lounge aims to deliver products within 1 to 2 working days after payment is received.
5.3 Orders can be picked up at the salon or delivered to the address provided. Delivery costs may apply.
5.4 The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer at the time of delivery.
6. Defects and Refunds
6.1 If a product has a defect, a full refund is not possible.
6.2 You must provide proof of the defect (e.g., photos or videos) to request compensation or replacement.
6.3 Compensation or replacement is only provided after TCB Lounge reviews and approves the claim.
6.4 TCB Lounge is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
7. Guarantee and Complaints
7.1 TCB Lounge offers a guarantee on services and products according to the law.
7.2 Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery or treatment.
7.3 TCB Lounge is not responsible for outcomes affected by improper use, lack of maintenance, or external factors.
8. Liability
8.1 TCB Lounge is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of products or services.
8.2 TCB Lounge’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
9.1 TCB Lounge processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9.2 Customer data is only used to handle appointments and orders and will not be shared with third parties without permission.
10. Governing Law
10.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Rotterdam district.
