Open spots are released on the 24th of each month at 7:00 PM via the link in the bio on Salonized.
Squeeze-in appointment? Send a message to +31 6 82 01 49 20 for appointments outside regular hours.
It is important to select ALL your treatments! If not selected, the treatment WILL NOT be provided. This helps us avoid delays for the next client.
Sundays and squeeze-in appointments
€15 surcharge.
No responses to Instagram DMs.

CONFIRMING AN APPOINTMENT
A deposit is required, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is paid.
Check your inbox! If you DON’T receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice (for any reason), 100% of the treatment fee will be charged. Failure to attend your appointment will result in being placed on the BLACKLIST until the payment is settled.
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

LATE / NO SHOWS
If you are 10 minutes late, the amount will be increased by a surcharge of +€10,-.
After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. You will have to pay for the FULL treatment.
In case of last minute cancellation or no show, you have to pay 100% of the treatment.
If you do NOT honour the appointment, you will be placed on the BLACKLIST until the payment is made.

— CASH & EXACT PAYMENT ! Payment request are NOT accepted.
— AFTER payment is NOT permitted !
— Please come to your appointment with clean hair.
— It is NOT possible to wash your hair at the location.
